Arbors Apartments - Qualifications for Occupancy
 
Welcome to Arbors Apartments.
The Arbors Apartments observes the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended by the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, which prohibits discrimination in the rental of housing based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin. 

Rental Criteria:

  • Identification - All applicants must be able to submit a valid driver's license or another form of a photo ID for identification.
     
  • Application - A completed application with all appropriate signatures and a non-refundable application fee per applicant must be paid to begin the qualification process.
     
  • Rental History - A complete investigation of your current and previous rental and/or mortgage history will be checked.
     
  • Income/Employment - All applicants' current and/or previous employers will be contacted.
     
  • Credit History - All applicants must have a good credit history.  Considerations are defined below:
    • Bankruptcies that have been discharged.
    • Judgments and Collections for Medical and School Loans will not be held against the applicant.
    • Paid Collections will not be held against applicant.
    • Paid Judgments will not be held against applicant.
       
  • Criminal Report - Management will have a Nationwide Criminal, Fugitive, and Terrorists report run on all applicants.  The reports will search for misdemeanor and felony records.  No applicant with a felony record will be allowed to reside in this community.
     
  • Ratio to Rent - Gross Income must be three times the monthly market rent amount.

Management reserves the right to modify any or all of the above guidelines and qualifications.  We do not accept guarantors or co-signers.
